Isaiah 26:3
“You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, whose thoughts are fixed on you.”
It’s in God’s presence that we can find fullness of joy, perfect peace and unfailing love. God walks with us in life, He is always by our side and He freely allows us to partake in His Joy, His Peace and His Love.
He says He will keep us in perfect peace as we fix our thoughts on Him. How can we do this? How do we stay in His peace? It’s through His Word. Letting it soak into our hearts and allowing it to change us and the way we live. God not only wants us to flourish in His presence, but to also experience His peace and bask in His love. We need to allow Him to transform every part of our being.
As believers we have a double portion of peace - peace with God because Jesus died for our sins and we have the peace of God as our hearts and minds are fixed on Him.
Let’s strive to experience His peace as we meditate on His Word.

Good word on the double portion of peace through what He has done on the cross!
Quiet time alone with the Lord, in His word, is what brings me peace. I love the verse "Casting all your cares on Him because He cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7
