Argaw also oversees the Ebenezer Family of homes and ministries in Awassa, Ethiopia.  Argaw is originally from southern Ethiopia, and Rachel is from Indiana. Abuja, Nigeria

Prince and Florence Lawrence

Prince Lawrence started Calvary Abuja in 2005 after returning to Nigeria from Calvary Bible College in Hungary. Since the start of the church, many other Calvary’s have been planted throughout the country as well as a Calvary Training Center for pastors seeking to plant churches. Prince also plays an oversight role of all the Calvary Chapel church plants in Nigeria. Calvary Abuja has a strong ministry among orphanages and in the recent years, among refugees who were displaced by terrorism.

Prayer Requests:
  • For more open doors for the LORD to gain glory, the saved to be further up and the lost saved.
  • For the growth and maturity of the membership both here at CC Abuja and all the other centers.
  • For financial provisions for the acquisition of land and for the construction of church halls for our various stations in need.
  • For the LORD to enable my wife and I to raise our kids up in His wisdom and knowledge.

John and Pilar Bonner

Kyle and Anna

John has served the Lord the past 40 years as a missionary, pastor, author, and church planter. John established and currently directs Calvary Chapel Bible College Peru and is also the senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Hosanna in Cajamarca. Pilar is the Kitchen Advisor and Finance Advisor at the bible college. He and Pilar are blessed to have three adult children and four grandchildren
Kyle and Anna are assisting an existing Calvary Chapel church plant in the Middle East. The region they're living in has 400,000+ people and only 0.5% of them are professing Christians. It provides an amazing opportunity to share the gospel with international students from closed countries throughout the African and Middle Eastern region.

Their main ministries are evangelism, discipleship, English ministry and serving the refugees that live on the church property.

Tbilisi, Georgia

Jed and Renee Gourley

Jed, Renee, Anna, Lizzy, Joshua, Rachel, Isaiah, & Emma Gourley. The Gourleys are serving in the small nation of Georgia, located in the Caucasus mountain range east of Turkey. An official church has been registered with the government, outreaches are continuing and the gospel is being proclaimed! The Gourleys are also getting involved in a pastoral training program that is working with leaders to reach nearby areas that are virtually closed to Western missionaries. The Gourley’s often travel to share at churches and conferences in Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, and other countries around the world.

David and Deborah Markey

Because of the war that started between Russia and Ukraine in February of 2022, David and Deborah had to quickly leave their church and ministry to the unreached Nanet tribe in Yamal, Siberia, and turned their focus on ministering to both Ukrainian and Russian refugees that have made their way to the city of Tbilisi, Georgia. David has been working with his brother in law Jed Gourley, pastoring the rapidly growing Calvary in that city as well as teaching at the Calvary Chapel Bible College that meets in their same location.
