S.O.A.P INSTRUCTIONS

What is S.o.a.p?

S.O.A.P is a easy way to learn how to study the Bible. We use S.o.a.p to read the Bible like a detective looks for clues at a crime scene. S.o.a.p helps us Identify truths in God's
word, and ask questions about things we don't understand.


Why do we do S.O.a.p?

because god wants to speak to us through his word



Matthew 5:4

SOAP stands for:

Scripture – Read a passage of scripture and quote acts 4:5-13 word for word

Observation – What do you think the verses mean and write down questions about things you don't understand

Application – How does  this verse apply to your every day life?  how can you apply this verse to your life?

Prayer – Write a personal prayer based on your observation and application.
